Exploring the NE corner of NC - water water everywhere!

Interesting part of the State, just below the Virginia border. Big boats along the intercoastal waterway. Farm land and swamp land and lots of rivers and fishing access.

 

Outer banks west- NC

 Exploring an area in northern Coastal Carolina, west of Duck and Corolla. Staying at a big KOA right on the water.

Willmington NC and USS North Carolina

 Enjoyed exploring Wilmington for a few hours, River walk, water taxi and the USS North Carolina. Great old architecture, lots of history and relatively uncrowded  area! Hot weather but enjoying the campground pool!

North Carolina coastal area - Wilmington, New Bern and Bath

 Having fun exploring this new beach, farm, historic waterfront area! Absolutely must return to New Bern and spend a day!
