Wind Cave National Park, Jewel Cave National Monument/ Black Hills, South Dakota

Awoke to crystal clear blue skies and dry crisp air surrounded by Ponderosa Pines! Truly heaven....
Unfortunately the elevators were out at the Wind Cave National Park so we stayed above ground but we did manage to see one amazing room underground in The Jewel Cave Monument. The entire area is very nice and so far not too many people or too much traffic! We plan to spend Monday exploring the Custer State Park! We find this area very pleasant and are quite happy we have 5 nites here!
